Please help the Chapman family. No matter what the circumstances were the does not need to be in jail for doing what he did. Duane Chapman did what God would have wanted him to do. Any help would be greatly aapericated, by all who love him.
How many times has Chapman yelled 'bond jumping scum!!' into the face of a fugitive. Looks like his Dogma is finally getting run over by his own Karma. Maybe a kindly Mexican Federale will preach to Dog and make him cry for entertainment of millions as he's being driven off to jail.
Bail jumping scum is what you call him?Did you take into consideration that not only was it a misedmenor but also that he got a rapist off the streets? How about the fact that the mexican government refuses to give us hard core criminals all the time especially if they may face life in prison or the death penalty?Yet we are going to send him to them on a dumb law? This is really stupid and to side with the mexican government has me wondering where your priorities lie.Your name hints that your mexican.Let me guess your one of the mexicans that cross our borders demand citizenship and that we americans learn spanish?Or how about those that claim the whole southwestern part of america belongs to mexico? These are real thing going on and we as americans need to wake up and close that border and flip mexico the bird.I'm for putting land mines and 50 calibers down there with a fence that has razor wire.So that if you want to come to our country you do it right or return to your country in a body bag.Thats my whole two cents though. You can either cast it away or spend it.
Amen brother.
I think Dog should get a medal. I know he and Leland and Tim went to Mexico to get Luster the rapist. He got a rapist off the street. He shouldn't be in jail in Mexico for it. They should give him a medal. God Bless Dog and his whole family. I hope they get this fixed so he can get back to doing his job. He has gotten scumbags off the street. God Bless him.
We love you Dog.
Tina
While Dog and his family are performing a much needed service to our citizens in their line of work, there is a reason/lesson for them in this crisis. They are in our prayers that they be safe and God be glorified in the teaching of it whatever it is. The revelation of how quickly our own govt. gives up one of their own citizens is a great cause of concern however. I mean didn't anyone even read the bloody warrant? Why on earth our judges and officials would so quickly issue it without apparent cause or concern for 'justice' is a real shocker to me and my family. While most of us are aware that our govt has it's faults, how gravely we(our justice system) have deterioted has now been made public at the publication of this twisted and bizarre event. We owe the Chapman's a serious debt of gratitude for making us aware of it and it will be of further interest to see if we Americans are still 'comfortable' with our heads in the sand, or if we somehow manage enough compassion to this and the other untold travesty's of justice that take place in our own country at the hand of our own govt.; in our own borders everyday to actually come together again and force changes to prevent it from happening again. I mean when you really take a look at it, we tend to ignore these things as we individually pursue our own priorities in our lives however, I'm sure that the Chapman's would be happy to further enlighten us to not only the personal trauma, but the financial one that this outrage has and will have on them undoubtedly for a long time to come. Most important is the truth that this could have happened and most likely in the past has happened to any one of us..without 'benefit' of public exposure due to the fame, reputation, or financial ability that the Chapman family has been blessed with. In short, (I know it's a bit late for that..:)) not only do we need to assure that true justice is done and this honorable family is not extradited or further persecuted for this, we need to make sure that no American citizen is entrapped in this bureauctratic bull again! So get to the voting booths, write EVERY level of govt and make sure they know that the American people will not lay down and allow it's citizens to become victims at the hands of our own govt persoanlly, or financially! And keep praying for the Chapman's to be spared, blessed and restored and made better servants from this ordeal. God Bless!
Im siding with all of yous to keep dog in AMERICA and out of jail, Dog is the one to respect saying the Pledge of Alleigence every day. If u people who hate him, maybe u should try watching his show instead of trashing it. It was possible that Tim, Dog, and Leland didn't know about the legals and nonlegals of Mexico. He catches, those who are just about to kill themselves from doing ice, or cocaine, or beating, abusing he gets all those off the streets away from doing it to someone and tells them how they shouldn't be getting away with it. No offense to the other Bounty Hunters, but they aren't good enough like dog to have his own tv show. I mean he just doesn't care about his fame on tv, the only fame he wants people to know about is telling people to do the right thing compared to the stupid thing. As the saying in the 'Dogism' 'When you break someone down make sure you always raise them up higher than they were before.' I love Dog the Bounty Hunter and his crew, and im only a 14 year old freshman of Stonington High School.
If the U.S. is going to hold Mexicans accountable for breaking U.S. laws it is only reasonable that Mexico hold U.S. citizens accountable for breaking Mexico's laws. Chapman's pleading ignorance of the law is absolutely laughable. How many times has one of his clients claimed they didn't know they had to be in court? C'mon now! Surely you people don't believe that lie now that it is coming from Dog Chapman's lips? Leland Chapman admitted on TV that he knew they were in trouble in Mexico, but he was hoping the statute of limitations on their crime would run out.
It looks like now the Mexican government is going to let the clock run out on this thing and everyone saves face. But I think you're all suckers if you believe Chapman's stories. He launched his TV career with the Luster capture; he's a millionaire now because of it. Saying that he did it out of the good of his heart when he knew it would gain him international notoriety is again, laughable. It was a calculated gamble, a business risk, and it paid off. Chapman's a smart man, smarter than his fans, and way smarter than the media noobs that he and Beth played like a $2 banjo.
I'm from the old school, where America protected it's own. You see, being a most wanted fugitive drove Andrew Luster into hiding, and away from the watchful eye of the American law. By Luster's choice, he fled to Mexico and to a popular resort destination at that. It doesn't take a genius to figure that he was looking to continue his fugitive practices of drugging and raping innocent women. This stipulation brings me to my points.
1/ Dog Chapman is fighting the good fight by bringing this man (Luster) to justice. I can imagine former and unknowing future victims of Luster are thankful to Dog. As well as honest people, who are grateful to the Chapman's for their role in bringing a dangerous man to justice.
2/ Mexico is doing itself a disservice by making Chapman the criminal and not Luster. The stance they've chosen is to not aggressive pursue the sexual predator (Luster) and instead pursue Chapman. This sets a dangerous precedent, as more criminals will seek refuge from American law by running to Mexico.
We need to respect our neighbors, not trespassing on their property, or tramping all over their belongings. Same goes for Duane Chapman, who is a convicted murderer and armed robber on many counts. His continual disregard for authority is a slap on the face of rightous law-abiding Americans; this shows us to be lawless, disregarding people.
Bounty hunting is illegal is Mexico. In America, using meth and manufacturing this substance is illegal. Get this picture? They're both unlawful, and with that comes consequences. You commit the crime, you do the time.
This gang of bounty hunters is very aggressive on their A&E show, and it is not a surprise to me that they are in trouble with this extradition, and the current pending lawsuit against the bail bonds business. Justice will be served, and its time for this 'dog' to be collared.
