NBC News reported Wednesday that a car carrying Angelina Jolie quickly sped away from a traffic light, allegedly to avoid paparazzi, and hit a man on a motorbike.
Police confirmed to the network that 19-year-old Mittal Rawat was hit by the vehicle while Jolie was riding in the car, allegedly reading. E! Online reports that the "bruised teenager was the one who pointed out that the actress' driver was looking to escape some eager paparazzi."
Curently in Pune, India filming the Pearl drama A Mighty Heart, Jolie is playing her first post-Shiloh on camera role as Pearl's widow, Mariane, and Pitt is producing with his production company, Plan B.
Brangelina recently gave $100,000 to the Daniel Pearl Foundation on the day that would have been the journalist's 43rd birthday.
E! reports the young man who got hit by Jolie's car was doing well enough to speak to reporters afterward, "just as the photog, who was shoved by a member of Brangelina's security detail Saturday, was able to inform the Hindustan Times that the grab-happy bodyguard threatened to kill him." reports E!
And Wednesday's incident illuminates that it isn't just Malibu paparazzi that bedevil the stars, even in India paparazzi combined with cars leads to a Tandoori oven red-hot situation.

They are not doing the driving. Why would the driver care if they got their pictures taken? Why did Princes Di's driver speed? Can a celeb make you break the law? How screwed up are these folks?
Does anyone ever question these fluff pieces?
