Two of television's hunkiest TV Doctors are downplaying a recent on set spat. A battle between McDreamy aka Patrick Dempsey and Isaiah Washington on the Grey's Anatomy is surfacing. McDreamy

McDreamy © Scott Alan / PhotorazziDefamer.com speculates that it may "spiral into sensationalistic gossip about Isaiah Washington grabbing a prop scalpel and threatening to "go all Nip/Tuck" on Patrick Dempsey's 'pretty, pretty little bitch face' before being felled by a shock from a fully functional defibrillator."People magazine reports Dempsey, 40, and Washington, 43, didn't need medical aid, but the actors, who both play renowned doctors on the show, nearly came to blows during a spat over shooting issues."We were like two baseball players . . . nose-to-nose," said Washington. "We had a difference of opinions while working on set but we've resolved it."At issue, says Washington, was "time and (keeping) the production going. The communication was lost in translation."No real punches were thrown: "Our faces are too beautiful for that!," says Washington, who plays Dr. Preston Burke. Dempsey plays Dr. Derek Shepherd, aka "Dr. McDreamy.""In close families arguments happen," Dempsey's publicist told People magazine. "They worked it out."
