Billy Bush blames himself for Eva Longoria's fall

08/27/2006 - Eva Longoria - 58th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards - Arrivals - Shrine Auditorium - Los Angeles, CA © Scott Alan / PhotorazziBilly Bush - who is the co-host of entertainment news show 'Access Hollywood' - claims he was responsible for the actress falling over and bruising her ribs on the set of 'Desperate Housewives' last week.On his 'Billy's Blog' webpage, he confessed: "Not only did Eva take a tumble off the top step of her trailer on the set and fall flat on her back, not only did that land her in an ambulance and ultimately the emergency room, but it's my fault."Billy says the pair were talking on the phone when the line suddenly went dead.He said: "When Eva called back she explained that she fell off the top step of the trailer and may have fractured a rib slightly around her back side. "She said, 'Sorry I didn't call right back.' She was too busy calling 911, I guess." He added: "I asked her if I was to blame for distracting her. She said, 'Yes', but followed it with the big Longoria laugh." It is not the first time Eva, 31, has hurt herself while shooting the hit US TV show.In August 2005, she had to be taken to hospital after being hit on the head by a piece of filming equipment.(C) BANG Media International
