Kate Winslet praises husband director Mendes

Kate Winslet is proud of her house-husband.
The 'Titanic' actress, who is married to Oscar-winning director Sam Mendes, feels "lucky" to have a husband who spends so much time with his children.
Kate said: "I think it's wonderful for men to be so much more involved with their kids. I am so blessed and lucky that I have a husband who does all that."
The 31-year-old star recently revealed she is taking a year off to be with her children - five-year-old daughter Mia, from her previous marriage to Jim Threapleton, and Joe, two, her son with Sam.
She reached the decision after starring in 'Little Children', in which she plays a mother who is completely disconnected from her child.
Kate said at the time: "It was trying to play a mother who couldn't feel close to or look after the needs of her child. It made me more aware of my own responsibilities and reminded me how much I need my own children.
"That's why I've decided to take a year off to be with the kids and watch them grow and just enjoy the feeling of being very motherly."
