Michael Jackson and ex-wife Debbie Rowe have settled their long-running custody battle.
Jackson and Rowe are believed to have reached an agreement but lawyers for the pair - who two children together, nine-year-old Prince Michael Jackson and eight-year-old Paris Michael Katherine Jackson - have refused to discuss the details of the agreement.
Debbie's lawyer, Marta Almli, explained last Friday (29.09.06): "I can't say anything about the terms of the settlement but I don't think it would have happened if both parties didn't agree it was appealing to both of them."
Almli added: "I think both parties are satisfied. Jackson seems to be satisfied with the result."
Jackson and Rowe married in 1996 but divorced in 2000. She gave up custody of their two children in 2001.
In 2003, when the 'Thriller' singer was charged with child molestation - which he was later acquitted of - she reapplied for her rights to visit the youngsters claiming to be concerned about Jackson's association with members of the Nation of Islam - a Muslim group whose leader she feared was anti-Semitic.
At the time, Rowe said: "I am Jewish, as are by definition, my children.
"I'm worried about how they would be treated by these new advisers to Michael."
Earlier this year, Rowe launched a legal battle for $195,000 for legal fees and $50,000 for living expenses.
