What child needs $11,000 in supprt????Oct 3rd, 2006 - 05:33:57

Massachusetts is really an incredibly repressive state. What else could anyone expect from a state run by the National Organization of Women whose actions include the legalization of 60,000,000 babies murdered by their mothers! How the judge can justify such an incredibly perverse amount of money for child support is the worst form of terrorism that Americans face today. Hopefully the Judicial Accountability Initiative Law will put this monster judge behind bars where this judge belongs!

first of all, MA is not 'run by' NOW. second of all every child deserves support and care from both parents. the amount of the support payment is determined by a judge based on the fathers income and the needs of his children. MA is not a 'repressive' state because it enforces child support payments. all states enforce child support payment no matter what the amount is.

Mass. is the best state everOct 3rd, 2006 - 15:59:58

Sliding scale numbnut-if you make a million dollars-giving your kid 400 a month isn't going to cut it-
conversely, if you make 40,000, you should pay what you can afford-
Mass. is the only sane state in the USA, the south is just downright backwards still.

Good for Massachusetts and the judge for not talking the public pressure and having some backbone. Does anyone in this country believe in r-e-s-p-o-n-s-i-b-i-l-i-t-y??????
Bobby Brown is not broke hes just angry that the 'real' world is forcing him to act like a responsible adult. Why does everybody continuously find some petty reason to defend those who are defiantly guilty(list available upon request)? Its becasue we have become a nation of extroverted, t.v. drones who seeks wisdom from sensationalism from the media outlets and turn these ideas into abhorent lifestyles. Wake up pay the money and raise those children properly , if its possible in Whitneys mindset(which I doubt!).

Interesting that one poster mentions 'responsibility'. Where's the responsibility in the murdering of more prenatal babies than people that died in the Holocaust? That's largely thanks to the National Organization for Women that this horrific slaughter continues today and that so many citizens have been deluded into believing this somehow should be a 'woman's right' to kill babies. That's what frames this issue of 'child support' that like abortion it's all about helping to poor poor woman out and embelishing her own selfishness. How about requiring accountability for that money? How about even just enforcing payment equally so that fathers don't typically find themselves in anymore trouble than mothers? How about eliminating all the male bashing and misadrism in our culture? How about not stereotyping the African American father as being irresponsible as our culture does?? How about asking why it is that so many African American men figure there's no way the courts will let them raise their kids so why bother with paying either. It's bad enough discrimination in this country being black and it's even worse being a black man! So please, take your shallow concern for 'responsibility' down to your local ghetto and try helping not only an African American but an African American man!

what about some logic here?Oct 4th, 2006 - 07:09:39

Child support is child support. OK, $5,500 grant/month seems outrageaous for a kid, but it's all relative.

Now, that a biological sperm donor has to pay alimony, I find this insane: what? you got to get a baby thanks to some donor, and after draining his balls yo uwant to drain his wallet? Come on!

Now isn't life funny? Minnesota claims that I owe over $62,000 in past-due child support, but I can't get Massachusetts to enforce it or Minnesota to extradite me. This sure sounds like a fraud to me!

Government tyrants are persecuting fathers in our country, just as they have blacks prior to the 1860s who broke free from slavery. The only value granted to fathers is money--slavery--due to the fact money has been taken out of the context of love and and real support that comes from the heart, not the wallet. The child only understands love and receiving what has been converted to a monetary amount for the mother. Real child support is provided through food, shelter, clothing and bonding that children are being robbed of by the coiurts that do not allow fathers to be involved with their children. The less children are with their fathers, the more child support, in the form of money for the mother, is assessed. Amounts are even made up based on an arbitrary assessment, what the court thinks a man should be able to make--like the IRS taxing a person on what it thinks one should be able to make, and not on actual income. This is the reality of it--unconstitutional as hell!!! Sex discrimination, prejudice and slavery is alive and well, just packaged different.

responsibiltyOct 5th, 2006 - 21:32:08

If you're going to lay down and have babies with different women and you know you make good money and you know that the courts will make you pay. Then you deserve what you get. I'm not blaming the men only but the court system should also hold the mother responsible too. In this case i believe Bobby was relying on Whitney's money and not his own. It is not the new wifes responsibility to pay for the husbands credit or kids, unless she wants too and if they divorce then she should not have to pay anything.
