Farrell's 'stalker' apology

Colin Farrell's 'stalker' has apologised for her behaviour
Dessarae Bradford, 31 - who confronted the 'Miami Vice' actor during a taping of 'The Tonight Show' in July - told a judge on Monday (25.09.06) that she was sorry and might have been "overzealous" in her actions.
She said: "Your honour, he is trying to give the impression that I'm some stalker, some delusional fan, which is absolutely not true.
"I might have been overzealous... but I am by no means a Farrell stalker."
She added: "I had no intention of getting that close to the stage and I apologise for that."
Despite the apology, judge John Reid upheld a restraining order against the 31-year-old until August 2009.
Bradford still maintains it was Farrell who "reached out to her" in 2004 after hearing about a book she had written and published about Alec Baldwin.
However, a day after the 'Tonight Show' incident the Irish actor requested a temporary restraining order telling a court that he "feared for the safety of himself, ex-girlfriend Kim Bordenave and their son James".
Although Farrell did not appear in court himself on Monday, his lawyer, Jeffery McFarland, was present.
