Marilyn Manson is launching his own version of the super-strength alcoholic drink Absinthe.
The shock rocker, famed for his outrageous behaviour and onstage antics, is putting his name to a new blend of the beverage and is confident it will prove to be popular with drinkers.
He quipped: "We hope to have it out in time for Christmas so parents can give it to their kids as a present."
Absinthe, known as the 'The Green Fairy' because of its emerald green colouring and hallucinogenic qualities, was previously banned in the UK and is still banned in several countries, including the US, France, Germany, and Switzerland.
Famous absinthe drinkers have included literary giant Ernest Hemingway, French artist Vincent Van Gogh and playwright Oscar Wilde.
