Bruce Willis wants to adopt.
The 'Die Hard' star - who has three biological daughters with ex-wife Demi Moore - admits he would love to give a home a disadvantaged child but he doesn't want to do it on his own.
He told the New York Daily News newspaper: "I would need somebody else in my life. I wouldn't want to just have a child and a nanny."
Bruce, 51, is a strong advocate of foster care and is putting pressure on the US government to put more money into finding homes for orphaned children.
He explained: "If they could build three fewer bombs every month and give the money to foster care. That would be great.
"This is not something for the private sector to solve. This is a problem for the federal government."
Earlier this year, Bruce confessed he would love another baby.
He revealed: "I'd like to have some more kids. I don't know if that's possible or not."
The actor, who has been linked to a string of younger beauties since splitting from Demi in 2000, also revealed he might marry again - one day.
He said: "I don't know if I'll ever marry again, although I don't rule it out."
