Anna Nicole Smith sells photos of son

Celebrity blog sites Gawker and Defamer.com released information about Getty Images sending feeler emails out to celebrity weekly editors selling photos of Anna Nicole Smith, her newborn daughter, and her son, Daniel.
The pictures sold were taken in the Bahamian hospital where, the next day, Daniel was found mysteriously dead.
For a hefty six figure asking price, Getty would provide a handful of the "tender, heartbreaking, tragic," images, with the catch being that the buyer had to not run the photos with any negative press.
Magazine In Touch had supposedly bought the photos for well over $300K. But the real question: who made the money here?
