Lindsay tells Mum Dina to 'go to Hell!'

Lindsay Lohan is at odds with jailed father Michael, but now she has been seen and heard chewing out her mum Dina at a toney Chinese restaurant on Manhattan's Upper East Side the other night.

The occasion was her mum Dina's birthday, and allegedly Lohan showed up and found that mum and her friends were already plowing through the Cristal champagne like water.

Page Six reports that right after the first course arrived, Lindsay and her mum started an argument that quickly escalated.

Page Six reports that "fellow restaurant patrons Ryan Cabrera, Brandy and Serena Williams, sitting at other tables, were horrified when Lindsay and her mom started hurling curse words at each other. Finally, Lindsay stormed out, telling her mom to "go to hell," leading Dina to start crying uncontrollably."

This did not stop Dina from trying to make things right. According to eyewitnesses she wailed on her BlackBerry for 45 minutes, then started throwing fortune cookies at the waiters-bursting into tears when her birthday cake came out.

Despite the familial spat, Lindsay was in New York and it was Fashion Week after all.  Lots of parties to go to during this event, and Lohan made it to the Calvin Klein soiree.  TMZ.com reports "partygoers reported she seemed upset at her mom's breakdown, though she smiled for TMZ's cameras on the way out."
