Wahlberg remembers friend who saved his life back on 9/11

HBO’s Entourage executive producer Mark Wahlberg has revealed the reason he cancelled his seat on the doomed 9/11 flight United 93, was to visit an old childhood friend in Toronto, Canada.
The Dorchester, Massachusetts star still cannot discuss the ill-fated flight - but is convinced that his townie pal who is now working on Wahlberg's movie The Shooter, is responsible for saving his life.
PageSix.com reports, "I just cancelled the reservation so we could all go visit my childhood friend 'Rasta' Phil, who's more like my brother, in Toronto. We hang out together. He's working with me now on The Shooter in Vancouver. Don't tell him he saved my life or he'll want a big check. Actually, I never bring up 9/11 with him... I can't." said Wahlberg.
