Diddy to be double daddy

Diddy and girlfriend Kim Porter are expecting twins.

The rapper and his long-time lover made the announcement on hugely popular website MySpace on Monday (04.09.06).

The pair posted a clip which started with Diddy and Kim standing outdoors as the words 'Special Announcement' flashed across the bottom of the screen.

Diddy casually addressed viewers saying: "Hey, whassup y'all. We interrupt your browsing for this emergency announcement."

The hip-hop star then launched into a story about how he woke up next Kim one morning and noticed she looked especially big.

He explained: "I said, 'Baby, I think you'd better go to the doctor, 'cause you're kinda big. You look like you're ready to give birth right now.'

"So we went to the doctor, and guess what? Your boy Diddy is a champion."

He added: "The doctor told me and Kim, and I'm telling you right now, no press announcement, I'm just telling people in my family, that I'm having twins. It is official.

"Two more Combs. Two! World, you're in trouble now."

Diddy didn't reveal everything during the webcast, choosing to keep the sexes of the babies a secret, saying: "Some things gotta be private."

Parenthood is nothing new to either Kim or Diddy. They already have a son, eight-year-old Christian.

Diddy also has another son, Justin, 12, from his relationship with fashion stylist Misa Hylton-Brim.
