Evangeline Lilly not worried about Emmy snub

Celebrity Week reports that Lost star Evangeline Lilly is glad the show Lost was overlooked at this year's Emmy Awards, “because she doesn't want the show cast and crew to become complacent.” Evangeline Lilly

Evangeline Lilly © Glenn Harris / PhotorazziDespite being last year's award-winning drama at the Emmys, Lost received no nominations this year.Lilly, who plays Kate, says, "My first reaction to it was, Good, I don't want us to become that show that becomes so righteous, so above everything else, that we're untouchable. When we started, our big question was, 'Will anybody even watch this show?' And then when people started watching, we were thrilled. And then when we got recognised critically, we were beside ourselves.”"So, when we didn't get nominated, all we had to do was remember where we came from." The Lost star Lilly is dreading flying after new strict security measures enforced to avert terrorist attacks on planes, because she can no longer sew on board. Celebrity Week reports that the actress uses a needle and thread to while away hours jetting between the US, her Canada home and the Hawaii set of the TV drama, but can no longer pack the essential equipment, because all dangerous objects, as well as liquids, have been banned from hand luggage."What drives me crazy is that I can't bring my needle and thread on a plane. I really like to sew."
