Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards declare a cease-fire for now

Denise Richards and Richie Sambora were spotted soaking up the sun in Malibu, Calif. over the weekend, and Charlie Sheen and socialite Brooke Mueller have reportedly have moved in together according to a report from Life & Style Weekly. Happily ensconced in new relationships, both parties seem to be moving on. According to both parties’ attorneys, there has been an “amicable resolution” in the couple's divorce case, announced Monday after meeting with a judge in chambers. No judgment has been entered in the divorce as of yet. Specific issues before the court were resolved during the meeting with Superior Court Judge Marjorie Steinberg, said Lance Spiegel, a lawyer for Sheen, and Neal R. Hersh, a lawyer for Richards.No word was divulged whether a restraining order Richards obtained against Sheen in April remained in effect. Richards filed for divorce in March 2005, after three years of marriage. The restraining order directed Sheen to stay at least 300 yards away from Richards actress and their two daughters. He is allowed one-day-a-week supervised visitation.
