We\'re as tired of this mug shot as you are. Hey TMZ photographers: send us some good new shots of Mel soon! EPA/HO
Infamous Gibson ‘sugar tits” tapes will not be released, according to the LA County Sheriff capo di tutti capi, Lee Baca.
Harvey Levin’s rabid celebrity watchdog site, TMZ, making its proverbial "bones" over the Gibson brouhaha, approached Los Angeles County Sheriff Lee Baca for the juicy tapes of the mad Mel in Malibu incident last month. The tapes have Gibson allegedly blasting the arresting officer, Deputy Mee, saying, "F**king Jews. The Jews are responsible for all the wars in the world."
TMZ argues the recordings should be made public to determine whether Gibson was given special treatment by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
LA County Sheriffs is having none of that, with Gary P. Gross, principal deputy for the county counsel's office, insisting the recordings remain sealed: "The records you have requested are records of the investigation and part of the investigatory file in this matter."
TMZ Capo Harvey Levin will now wait to see "how the case plays out."
Californian authorities have ruled that video and audio recordings of Mel Gibson's DUI arrest are not subject to the California Public Records Act, and will not be released, despite TMZ’s demands.

Show Mel Gibson support?? He has a problem, so we should feel sorry for him? Lets not take it too hard on the fella?!?! Are you kidding me?
The man is clearly a racist and those remarks he made were obviously anti-Semitic. How could we, Jews, always be so narrow-minded and so easy to forgive? How did Hitler come to power? Huh? More than 6 million Jews died in a Holocaust that was started by merely a few jokes in a newspaper. We say that we'll never allow it to happen again --- We say it will never happen in America. But what is so different about this country? Jews have been persecuted on every inch of this Earth since we have existed. Don't be foolish and think nothing can happen here.
I am very surprised at how little damage has been done to Gibson's career. Heck, when Rush Limbaugh insulted African-Americans during an NFL broadcast he was immediately fired. Were Gibson's insults not powerful enough? In case you missed it, here is what one of the most successful people in this country said: '(bleep) the Jews…the Jews are responsible for all the wars of the world, (bleep) the Jews! Are you a Jew?' (and that's all that the public has heard). How can this idiot even say he isn't an anti-Semite? I wish he would just admit it, because at least then he would have an admirable quality to his character, honesty (maybe that was the message he was trying to send us with Passion of the Christ?).
I'm even more disappointed at my fellow Jews. Some have come out to support him at getting over his 'disease', others have forgiven him, the rest have not spoken. Gibson doesn't need protection, there's plenty of Jew haters out there already. Send him to Iran, I'm sure with his new found popularity he can take over as their new President. I understand that movie studios need to make money, but there are plenty of films for the making, why couldn't you just stop producing Gibson flicks? And to all those normal citizens, if you think there's nothing you can do... well, you can always punch him or throw stuff at him when you see the bigot.
