Smoking jacket and blondes at the ready, entrepreneur and publisher Hugh Hefner refutes media claims he suffered a stroke.
The 80-year-old Hefner talked to the Associated Press on Monday about an erroneous report he was in ill health.
Playboy spokesman Rob Hilburger insisted the report about Hef falling to a mini-stroke was "completely untrue." Hefner got on the phone with reporters an reiterated his health was OK.
"We had a lingerie party Saturday night and I went up a little early because (girlfriend) Holly (Madison) had a cold. I am in very good health," Hefner said.
Hefner hosted his "Midsummer Night's Dream" party at the mansion Saturday night and a movie-night gathering the following night, Hilburger said.
Guests at the party included Luke and Owen Wilson, new father Jack Black and Jimmy Kimmel, Hilburger said.
