Elizabeth Hurley to marry Indian businessman Arun Nayer

"I can't tell you the exact date, but it is very close," the 41-year-old Hurley is quoted as saying in the Italian edition of Vanity Fair magazine.
The couple has been dating since 2003. The Indian business tycoon was locked in a bitter court fight with his Italian wife Valentina Pedroni for years, giving in to her demands in an attempt to end the battle.
Valentina made it clear to press sources that she would not make it easy for Arun to marry again by agreeing to a quick divorce.
Hurley, who has a 4-year-old son with film producer Steve Bing added: "We are also thinking of having a child."
The British stunner used to be the international face of Estee Lauder cosmetics.
The Vanity Fair reporter asked how she'd feel as a married woman. Hurley replied:"I'll tell you once I am married…but I've lived with Hugh Grant for 13 years; we were like husband and wife. I don't think there will be much difference."

Does she love spices that much! She is not stunning so please stop saying that she looks like a ground hog, makeup does wonders.
