Why is it that you become an actor then its license to missbehave and be a vagabond. These people have no regards for other humans, throw them in jail and forget the keys. I have no sympathy for any persons who thinks they are above the law. Do something meaningful with your terrible life... how many more must the people endure.

I don't agree with the above comment. The rest of the public get into situations just like this one. It's just that celebrities are the ones who get the bad press. No one said he will get special treatment...that's a big assumption. Right now, just be glad others weren't hurt and say a prayer that he's going to recover from this. He deserves at least that.

I know Daniel a little and his long standing battle with drugs and alcohol is truly a tuff battle for anyone. You take a man like him from a famous family and hold him to higher standards than 'regular' people. We all fight our demons , but most of us don't have it plastered all over the news and tabloids. Danny, I wish you the best and I know how strong your faith and love for people is. Good Luck, you'll get back on your feet soon.

His personal battles aside, I was almost hit by Baldwin and then witnessed him almost hit two other vehicles. I thought he would kill someone. He needs some help and he also needs to understand that he could easily kill someone with this type of behavior. At the speed he was traveling and the way he was driving that vehicle was a weapon.
