High Infidelity star John Cusack has won his restraining order against a woman stalker who has been harassing him for more than 18 months.
According to the Los Angeles Times, Los Angeles Superior Court has ruled Emily Leatherman, 31, “must stay 500 ft from Cusack, his home, car and offices.”
The actor’s order detailed Leatherman’s behaviors, including that she had stalked him and thrown letters "over my fence in bags with rocks and screwdrivers inside". The Indigent Leatherman’s mail has been arriving at Cusack's house as well.
