Naomi Campbell's serial un-model behavior
By M&C News Jul 15, 2006, 19:25 GMT
Model Naomi Campbell is facing litigation from ex personal employee, Amanda Brack, who brings new charges against her.
Ex assistant Brack has charged Campbell with a litany of ills, charges of assault, battery, false imprisonment, and emotional distress.
According to E! Online, "shortly after being hired - Campbell initiated a series of verbal and physical and emotional attacks against [Brack] such that plaintiff suffered both physical and emotional injuries."
The AP reports that Brack's attorney, Gerald McCarthy, states that Amanda Brack met Naomi Campbell at a Paris nightclub, when Brack helped the supermodel with a costume malfunction, she was offered a job. The happy beginnings were not to last.
According to court papers, the alleged assaults happened worldwide.
Brack's complaint claims that Campbell assaulted her from Brazil to Manhattan and points in-between. In July 2005, Campbell accused Brack of stealing and subsequently Brack quit her post as the PA to the world’s most dangerous woman with a cell phone.
People Magazine lists the many complaints Brack is contending. "In one instance, McCarthy said, Campbell struck Brack in the face with her Blackberry, slammed her against a wall and slapped her repeatedly across the face because a piece of her luggage got left behind during a trip to Brazil. Campbell threw a cell phone at Brack's face during a subsequent outburst at the model's New York apartment.
During an April 2005 photo shoot in Morocco, McCarthy said, Campbell exploded in rage at Brack over a forgotten article of clothing. Campbell left her assistant stranded in Morocco without funds, tore up her passport and threw it into the swimming pool and left her to pay the hotel bill. In a final incident at Campbell's Park Avenue home, she ripped a sweater Brack was wearing ‘off her neck’ and accused the assistant of stealing the garment, McCarthy said."

well, she is behaving her class- trash. andi am sure there is substance abuse involved in explaining such repetitive behavior.
Naomi Campell will get off just like Russell Crowe.
no one knows if these are true allegations. If the chick was so mistreated then why did she wait until after someone else filed a suit, to then, all of the sudden, remember it happened to her too? Do these people take everyone for fools?! Get a job and work for your damn money like everyone else.
I agree with a previous post that says substance abuse must lay behind such repetitive behavior. Naomi's past issues in that arena are public knowledge. Sometimes it takes one or two brave or angry people to get the frightened ones to come out of their corners and join the fight. Ms. Campbell clearly has a problem. Abuse is not acceptable by any standard. I was horrified by a recent report from her court appearance for the trial she is currently plea bargaining on. The reporter recounted how, as Ms. Campbell entered the courthouse, female employees were heard to yell' You go Girl!...You look great!
Excuse me? The woman beats up her maids. Are these women that desperate for a role model?
I think it is a shame that people like Naomi make people think that all models act like this. Most are hardworking girls looking to pay their bills...

Naomi just needs to get 1 assistant from the hood. It would be like having someone from body snatchers when they got finished with her rude attitude.
