Eminem accused of assault in 8 mile strip club

Actor and rapper Eminem is being accused of assaulting a man in the restroom of a strip club on Detroit's 8 Mile Road, which the rapper made famous in the same titled movie.
Allegedly, Eminem “punched” Miad J. at Cheetah's strip club Wednesday night after he attempted to speak with the musician, reports Allhiphop.com.
Miad told reporters that Marshall Bruce Mathers III “punched him repeatedly without saying a word to him.”
"Eminem got done and boom," he said, "he started swinging. I wasn't even expecting it. I was just minding my own business, taking a leak."
Detroit investigators have not filed charges as of yet.
Representatives from Cheetah's and from the rapper declined comment, according to the Web site.
