Jacko’s ex: a “Rowe” for needed dough

Ex-wife to Jacko, Debbie Rowe, the human incubator that bore Michael Jackson his two children says the pop star “owes her a fortune and that she desperately needs money,” as she “sits on the brink of bankruptcy."
Website TMZ.com obtained a motion filed by Rowe in Los Angeles County Superior Court ordering Jackson to pay her $50,000 in living expenses for the next four months.
Rowe claims in filed court papers that she needs the money to “continue her fight for the custody of the couple's two children. Rowe is also asking for $195,000 in legal fees. Rowe says if she does not get the money to pay her lawyers, she will have to represent herself in the custody battle.” According to TMZ.com.
Rowe submitted the couple's financial settlement agreement from the 1999 divorce case, providing she was to receive $1 million dollars up front, and an additional $1 million dollars a year for the next three years. After that, $750,000 a year for the next six years. The total: $8.5 million. Rowe says Jacko has not honored the legal agreement.
Custody arrangement is also in play, with Rowe challenging the custody and visitation agreement. All according to TMZ.com.
