Courteney Cox Arquette can’t take looking in the mirror

Brunette ex-Friends star Courteney Cox Arquette has joined a recent publicly dishing group of beautiful actresses that have major issues with themselves.
Cox opens up about her fears of plastic surgery, returning to psychotherapy and motherhood in the August issue of Marie Claire magazine.
The 42-year-old admits she struggles with aging in Hollywood, like many other actors. "I have issues with getting older, sure," she tells Marie Claire. "There are huge changes in my body and my face, and I obsess over them. I just try to not have too many mirrors around."
Courteney also says that while she doesn't have a problem with those who have plastic surgery, her husband, actor David Arquette, has reservations. "David has a huge problem with it, but I don't. It's hard getting older; it's hard not to be the young one anymore."
That, along with Courteney's admitted self-judgment, has led her back to therapy. "I was starting to notice some things, and I wanted to stop judging myself so much ... I'm such a nurturer of others, I thought maybe it was time to start nurturing myself."
Courteney also reveals in the interview she and David are considering having one more child in the near future, and tells Marie Claire that she did deal with a bit of the baby blues after giving birth to her daughter Coco. "My hormones were settling, and I felt kind of low, but I went to the doctor and figured out what I needed, and it was OK."
