Tennis club ejects David Hasselhoff from Wimbledon
By M&C News Jul 5, 2006, 20:53 GMT
Tennis bosses have denied ejecting David Hasselhoff from Wimbledon yesterday on the grounds he was intoxicated.
The 53-year-old actor who has battled alcohol problems in the past, was reportedly ejected by security guards after he tried to forcibly enter into a private players' bar at the London club “while intoxicated.”
But the All England Lawn Tennis Club, the organizers of the prestigious competition insisted Hasselhoff was turned away from the press center while searching for a particular court, because he was not correctly accredited.
Club representatives also deny any claims security guards knew that he was asked to leave the event.

This sounds like a big hoopla about nothing.
David was looking around and did not enter the press tent.
So?
Sometimes I have a press card, sometimes I do not.
I'm no Hoff fan persay, although I did meet him once with Kit in tow.
This is a non-story.
