Niaomi Campbell has a trackrecord of throwing phones and punching her assistants. The NYC incident is not her FIRST TIME. I hope that Justice will be done, and that celebrities do not continue to get a different set of rules?
It is a joke that Campebell runs off th hold hands with nelson Mandela, when over in UK and in the States, she is abusing people and getting away with it.

A lot of maids are deliberatly provoking celebrities today in hopes of getting struck on the back of the head by PDA's -- it's a mark of status amound assistants and maids to sport a large white bandage. Of course they also hope to recieve a large settlement but the bandage is 'status.'

You know that maid's are deliberately provoking celebrities to assault them because you are one who has?

I love how fast we defend the famous. Like Axl Rose and Naomi Campbell have unblemished reputations as really nice people.

Hmmmm...

A lot of maids?????? Like who????

Of course it the maid's fault. Yes, I would like to put on my resume that I schemed and planned in hopes that I would do something that would provoke my boss enough some day, so I might not ever have to work again for the remote and distant prospect of a big payoff at the end. I don't know about you, but this is how I go to work every day. Of course Naomi Campbell is has never been accused of bad behavior before.

And 'deliberately' is spelled like this.

Sir, you are a twit.

The maid sued her for throwing a blackberry!(ouch) The last time I checked, a blackberry can do some serious damages; Naomi should definitely be sued for a million bucks, at least.
Actually, I think the American court system is getting out of hand. This is completely ridiculous.

The case between Naomi Campbell and her maid over the accusations of a blackberry being thrown at the maid are serious charges. I think we can all say that to affect someone's life by taking 7 years away from them is a serious charge; however at this point all we can go on is here say; The maid said something and Naomi Campbell said something else occured and since none of us were there present to see what exactly happened we can not say that Naomi did or did not throw the blackberry at the maid and cause harm.
If Naomi is guilty and did through the blackberry then the courts will decide it but until then none of us can say who is guilty and who is not.
Also, let us all consider the gravity of the situation; we are talking 7 years in jail; if someone is accused of something and they do 7 years in jail and then it turns out that if the public was wrong and that the person was innocent we will all be hearing about a miscarriage of justice and a law suit against the state of New York for false imprisonment.
We can not accuse of make a rational determination of Naomi's guilt or innocense based on what is said publically at this point but there is alot at stake; honoestly a person's life is at stake and no matter how famous or normal they are justice must not have favourites for or against the powerful
Also, consider when we look at these events that often us normal people believe that if you have money we can afford the best lawyers and the best way out of a shameful situation but if we all were in a situation of fame ask yourself how many times would we be the target of scams, or people who only see us for our money. Let us not be bias purely on what we've heard or what we think is the case but put ourselves in the person's shoes and ask what would we do that. we can not judge off of wat we know, what we think we know, what we percieve based only fragment's of information, or even what we know to be true in the past because let's face it we've all made mistakes in the past and what happened in the past in already dealt with; this is a completely separate event here and 7 years are hanging over Naomi's head while a suit of slander could be hanging over the accused head if this goes bad for them.
