Bruce Willis serves up suit to paparazzo Goodrich

Bruce Willis has aggressively countered the police reports and media statements filed by a photographer who claimed "the actor didn't pose pretty for him." According to E! Online reporter Joal Ryan.

Willis filed a lawsuit today seeking near $1 Million dollars in damages in Los Angeles County against "paparazzo" Anthony Goodrich, according to Ryan at E!, Goodrich's allegations were "malicious, fabricated and defamatory."

"Last week, it was Goodrich who got in the public licks. The paparazzo filed a police report alleging Willis assaulted him as he was trying to do his job last Tuesday night outside Koi, a trendy Los Angeles eatery." Ryan reported.

The website, TMZ.com also reported on this incident, where Goodrich told TMZ.com "that Willis 'smashed' his camera into his face. He posed for pictures showing a chipped tooth and scratched nose."

According to the San Jose Mercury news, attorney for Willis, Martin Singer said the Koi doorman "backs" Willis' account of the events. Willis's lawsuit seeks "no less that $1 million in general, special and consequential damages as well as punitive damages to be determined at trial."

Attempts to find Goodrich for comment were unsuccessful.
"I'd like to find him as well," Singer said, adding his investigator was looking for the photographer to serve him with the suit.
