New York - Actress Angelina Jolie has done her first television interview since the birth of her daughter, news reports said Friday.
The interview with CNN star reporter Anderson Cooper will be aired on the network Tuesday, World Refugee Day, as part of a special extended broadcast of Cooper's nightly show.
Jolie gave birth to Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt on May 27 in Namibia. Actor Brad Pitt, the father of the girl, was present when the baby was born through a Caesarian section.
Cooper taped the chat in a Los Angeles hotel earlier this week. During the interview Jolie discussed her work with refugees throughout the world and the birth of Shiloh Nouvel.
Jolie is a frequent visitor to Africa and serves as goodwill ambassador for the UN High Commissioner for Refugees. She has two children, Zahara, whom she adopted in Ethiopia, and Maddox, whom she adopted from Cambodia.
Jolie and Pitt earlier this month granted an interview with People magazine and exclusive rights to the photos of their daughter.
