Heather Mills to press: Brace yourself, I'm coming out swingin'
By April MacIntyre Jun 14, 2006, 16:15 GMT
According to the BBC and Chicago Sun Times, Heather Mills and Paul McCartney's divorce will proceed, and Mill's people confirmed plans to sue all newspapers for libel that have been doggedly "digging into her past."
On May 17th they announced to the media that they had "decided to go our separate ways" after four years of marriage.
Mills has been the primary subject of salacious newspaper articles alleging she had a "colorful" past; pictures of Mills have surfaced and are being raced around the internet from a German "manual" for lovers that she participated in the late eighties.
Mills is represented by the law firm Coyle White Devine.

Doesn't one need to be innocent to sue (and win) for libel? I believe that the media has investigated and found any information about the previous Mrs. McCartney. If she does walk away with Sir Paul's fortune, there is something wrong with the legal system in the U.K. (no offense, the US doesn't do much better)

you saw that on the millionaire show. when she almost slapped at his wrists to show which hand, the moderator, a somewhat cheeky and obnoxious fellow, said something about the marriage at that point. like, watch out. later he had his arm around her at the close of the show. a decided like of respect although she did not move away. seemed tawdry and vaguely disturbing.
