Charlotte Church turns down proposal

Charlotte Church turned down boyfriend Gavin Henson's offer of marriage - because he wanted her to propose.
The Welsh rugby hunk told his pop star girlfriend he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her but thought she should be the one who popped the question.
Charlotte claims he then asked if the couple could get engaged by 'mutual agreement' but she told him it was 'b******t'. She fumed to Britain's New magazine: 'I've told him he has to go down on bended knee, I want the ring all f***ing picked out and ready. He says, 'Can't we just say we want to do it by mutual agreement?' But that's b******s. I said, 'You have to do the whole thing properly.'' However, despite his reluctance to commit, Charlotte, 20, claims Gavin does have his romantic moments - and even bought her a Mini convertible car for Christmas to inspire her to pass her driving test. She explained: 'Now I can drive, it's so great to go down to Marks & Spencer. I pop in there all day now, I just love it! Gavin's extremely romantic. I don't want to go out any more.
