Angelina Jolie: No plans to marry Pitt

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have no plans to get married.

The couple - who held a press conference in Namibia yesterday (07.06.06) - insist their priority is their family and not tying the knot.

The 'Tomb Raider' actress said: 'There is nothing in the air. The focus is the kids, and we are obviously extremely committed to the children and as parents together.

'So that kind of says it for us, and to have a ceremony on top of it is nothing.'

Both Brad and Angelina have been married before. He divorced 'Friends' star Jennifer Aniston last year (05), while she has had two husbands - British actor Johnny Lee Miller and Billy Bob Thornton.

The couple - who have joint guardianship of adopted children, four-year-old Maddox and 16-month-old Zahara - welcomed their first biological child, Shiloh Nouvel, into the world last month.

The couple also revealed they were amazed people were surprised they wanted to have their baby in Namibia.

She revealed: 'We both had travelled to Africa and loved this part of the world.

'People were shocked that we chose to come here, and they thought we were putting our child's life in danger, but we did our homework about Namibia. We want to tell the world how magnificent this country and the people are.'

Brad added: 'We had top-notch medical care. We could not have received better medical care even in America.'
