Jun 5, 2006, 19:14 GMT
Los Angeles - Sylvester Stallone has celebrated his 60th birthday by bringing Hollywood to Las Vegas, partying at a new Planet Hollywood resort he is set to open.
The 'Rocky' and 'Rambo' star was joined by fellow Planet Hollywood founders Bruce Willis and California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger for the party at the almost-ready casino resort.
Other celebrities joining the Sunday night celebrations included John Travolta and wife Kelly Preston, David Spade and James Caan.
The party came as Stallone is set to reprise his greatest roles in the 'Rocky' and 'Rambo' franchises.
In 'Rocky Balboa' he plays an ageing boxer who reluctantly comes out of retirement to take on the current champ, while in 'Rambo IV' he will portray a former Vietnam vet who must sharpen his rusty skills to protect his own family.
Both movies are tentatively scheduled for release next year.
