May 22, 2006, 15:33 GMT
London - Rolling Stone Keith Richards, 62, is 'back home' in the US after brain surgery in New Zealand following his fall earlier from a coconut tree in Fiji, his spokesman said Monday.
Richards, who spent the last 10 days recovering from the operation, returned to his home in Connecticut with his wife, Patti Hansen.
'He is feeling great, happy to be home and looking forward to getting back on the road with the Rolling Stones next month,' the spokesman said.
The European leg of the Bigger Bang tour was due to begin at the end of this month but has been put back by a few weeks.
Richards required surgery to drain blood from his brain after falling out of a palm tree during a holiday in Fiji earlier this month.
