Hugh Grant: Love on the rocks

Hugh Grant and Jemima Khan's romance is on the rocks, it has been revealed.

The couple - who have been dating for two years - have reportedly had a string of blazing rows about the British actor's commitment issues.

Socialite Jemima - who used to be married to cricketer Imran Khan - reportedly called Hugh and sobbed: 'I can't go on living like this.'

A source told Britain's News of the World newspaper: 'It's very sad. They are apart and this really looks as if it could be the end.

'Jemima's had enough of Hugh not committing. She can only put up with so much.'

The insider added: 'They've been having huge rows and High doesn't have a clue that he's pushing her away. This has been a long-running problem.'

Sources say Jemima is also worried about her lover's closeness to ex-flame Liz Hurley, particularly after the she spotted the actress jokingly sucking Hugh's finger at a party.

The source revealed: 'Jemima doesn't like his close relationship with Liz and sucking Hugh's finger was just too much.'

But friends have said the couple are determined to save their troubled relationship.

One told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: 'It's ailing but it isn't dead in the water yet.'

The source added: 'Neither has fallen out of love, so it's a matter of working on it.'
