Jessica Simpson wants to adopt

Jessica Simpson has revealed she wants to adopt a baby.
The 25-year-old singer-turned-actress wants to raise a child, despite filing for divorce from husband Nick Lachey last December.
Jessica has been inspired to adopt by Angelina Jolie, who is a mother to two orphaned children, Maddox and Zahara. She revealed: 'I want to adopt, and I plan to adopt before I have my own kids. 'I think Angelina has done amazing things, and the international adoption rate since her actions has jus skyrocketed. 'It's unbelievable.' Talking of when and how she will adopt, Jessica's publicist, Rob Shuter, said: 'Nothing has been finalised yet but it is true that she's exploring options.' Shuter also revealed the Simpson family have regularly contributed funds anonymously to a smattering of Mexican orphanages for several years.
