Penelope Cruz gets passion for India

Los Angeles - Hollywood's star Spanish actress Penelope Cruz has got a passion for India. She will star in a movie called Passion India about a young Flamenco dancer who sparked a scandal in the early 20th century when she married a maharaja.
Cruz, 31, will star alongside Bollywood stars in the movie, which is based on the novel Indian Passion by Javier Moro, according to Production Weekly.
The novel was inspired by the true story of Anita Delgado, a 17- year-old flamenco dancer from Andalusia who scandalized Spain and India in the early 1900s when she agreed to marry an Indian maharaja and settle in his native land.
The movie is expected to shoot in Spain and India.
