Pete Doherty held over car theft and drug possession

London - Troubled British rocker Pete Doherty has been arrested on suspicion of stealing a car and being in possession of hard drugs, police said Tuesday.
The 26-year-old frontman of the group Babyshambles and former boyfriend of top model Kate Moss was caught with two other men in Birmingham, central Britain Monday evening.
The trio, who have since been released on bail, were stopped in connection with a report of a vehicle having been stolen in London.
Doherty, who has a history of drug use, was sentenced to a 12 month community order by a court in London earlier this month, after admitting to a series of drug offences.
He was also ordered to take part in a drug rehabilitation programme and warned that a breach of the community order, which is meant to give offenders a chance to reform, could lead to a prison sentence being imposed.

do u think they should be sent to jail if they keep doing what they are doing
i think that famous people or people who are dating other famous people get off to easy if this person is a continious drug user than its not fair if they let them off easy they could end up doing something like breaking into a house.
