Cruise furiously denies split claims

Tom Cruise has furiously denied claims he has split from pregnant fiancée Katie Holmes.
The star's representatives released a statement shortly after a story appeared in America's Life & Style Weekly magazine suggested the pair have cancelled their wedding.
The publication also claimed the Hollywood couple have separate bedrooms and have agreed to part after their baby is born. Insiders told the magazine that Tom and Katie's relationship was over but they 'plan to keep up the charade of a romance until after their baby's birth this spring'. Tom's publicists, Paul Bloch and Arnold Robinson, have furiously denied the reports. In a statement release to US TV show 'Access Hollywood', the pair said: 'It should be known that the story is 100 percent false. 'They are doing great, they are in great shape. They are still engaged and are moving forward with their wedding plans, as well as planning for the arrival of their child.' The statement added: 'Despite the malicious fallacies put forth by Life & Style Weekly magazine, the couple is looking forward to a long and happy life together as a family.' However, the publication insists its story is correct, saying in a statement: 'We stand 100 percent behind our story.'Copyright 2006 BANG Media International
