Jackson faces new child abuse claims

Michael Jackson has been accused of sexually assaulting another minor, forcing him to have plastic surgery and stealing his musical ideas.
The singer faces new charges of child molestation after a 20-year-old filed a civil law suit in California claiming the eccentric star molested him on different occasions between the ages of two to 14.
Michael Mattern, a lawyer for the unnamed man, said: 'It is alleged that my client was present at Michael Jackson's residences and other places from the age of two to 14 and was molested many times over the course of those years. 'There is also an allegation that my client came up with song ideas, lyrics and melodies which were used by Mr. Jackson in his records and made an awful lot of money.' The man - who claims Jackson committed the crimes between 1987 and 1999 - filed the law suit in October. The case is due to be heard in Orange County next month. Mattern said his client was also 'subjected to unnecessary cosmetic procedures'. He said: 'I have got photos of my client with these red lips just like you see on Mr. Jackson and a big old cleft chin which he didn't have previously.' Lawyers for the 'Billie Jean' singer - who was cleared last year of different child molestation charges - have so far refused to comment on the allegations.Copyright 2006 BANG Media International

When are these accusations going to end, everyday another 'shyster' lawyer file charges against MJ just to get his lously career off and running. I just want to say that these new allegations against Michael Jackson sound very fake and wrong, and as a fan of Michael since i can remember I know he would not have done such a thing, I have always beleived this. And this one certainly does not make since this new allegation, I support MJ through everything. And i just people would stop trying to put him down. His music his phenomenol and he is a genius and as for his dancing well its outta this world.
