Harrison Ford keen on his pensioner discounts

Harrison Ford makes sure he gets a pensioner's discount when he goes to the cinema.
The 63-year-old actor admits he takes advantage of special prices offered to the elderly to save cash - despite raking in hundreds of thousands of pounds for his films.
The actor, who is dating 41-year-old Calista Flockhart, is quoted in Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper as saying: 'Calista and I went to the movies yesterday, and I ordered one adult and one senior citizen. I saved $6.' Ford - who shot to fame playing dare-devil archaeologist Indiana Jones in the Steven Spielberg directed trilogy - also revealed he is starting to feel his age - particularly when he's performing gruelling movie stunts. He said: 'Sometimes I find myself getting into stunt pads and preparing to roll down a flight of stairs and wrestle some 26-year-old stuntman across the floor and I think, 'What am I doing?' 'But, you know, it feels so good.' But Ford insists he isn't ready to quit the acting profession just yet. He added: 'I'll only stop when it really hurts.'Copyright 2006 BANG Media International
