Kate Moss reported to be in romantic link with Oxford student
Jan 3, 2006, 15:46 GMT
London - Kate Moss, the British supermodel whose reputation has been tainted by drug abuse, has been spotted in the company of a 20-year-old Oxford University student who also works as a model, the Sun newspaper reported Tuesday.
It said Moss, 31, and James Burke, a former pupil at Charterhouse, one of Britain's leading private schools, had been seen together in the U.S. ski resort of Aspen, Colorado.
They had met two weeks ago at the holiday home of Richard Branson, the British multi-millionaire and owner of Virgin Atlantic airline, in the Caribbean.
Moss is reported to have dropped her former boyfriend, rocker Pete Doherty, after a stormy and drug-fuelled relationship.
The top model was caught on camera snorting cocaine during one of Doherty's studio sessions in London last autumn.
Publication of the damaging video footage by a British tabloid prompted Moss to apologize for her 'mistake.'
Several fashion houses, including Chanel and H&M, cancelled their contracts with Moss who has since undergone drug rehabilitation treatment at a major U.S. clinic.
