Gwyneth Paltrow considering plastic surgery

Gwyneth Paltrow is considering having a boob job.
The stunning actress, who has a 19-month-old daughter and is four months pregnant with her second child, claims breastfeeding changed the shape of her chest and she now wants surgery.
The blonde actress - who is renowned for her love of alternative therapies, macrobiotic diets and yoga - says the operation would be a necessity, not a luxury.She revealed: 'I think women who have breastfed understand what I'm saying - that if you get a boob job it's more reconstructive surgery, actually, than cosmetic surgery. She added to Allure magazine: 'Everybody should do what makes them feel good and happy as long as they are not starving themselves to death. But if you can eat in a healthy way and keep exercising and get a little something done here and there, why not? I'm sure when the time comes, I'll be in there doing something.' The sexy star also admitted she married her husband, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, because he reminded her of her dad. Gwyneth, whose father Bruce died in 2002 from cancer, revealed: 'Chris has got the same blue eyes and curly hair and the long, long muscles.'
