Eminem set to remarry
Dec 7, 2005, 12:45 GMT
Eminem is back with his ex-wife and are set to remarry.
The rapper revealed he has rekindled his tempestuous romance with Kimberly Mathers, just a week after confessing he didn't believe he would find love again.
He said: 'We have reconciled and are probably going to remarry.' Eminem also referred to Kim, who has battled drink and drug addiction in the past, as 'my wife Kim' throughout the interview with America's WKQI radio station. The hip-hop star also spoke candidly about his stay in rehab earlier this year. Eminem was briefly hospitalised in August to undergo treatment for addiction to sleeping pills - which forced him to cancel a host of concerts. He revealed: 'When I went into rehab, I kind of went into it with the notion of, 'I'm gonna get clean, I'm gonna get off this stuff before it gets too out of hand.'' The 33-year-old star also hinted the rumours he is about to retire from music after the release of his greatest hits album 'Curtain Call' this week could be true. He said: 'I'm at a point in my life right now where I feel like I don't know where my career is going. This is the reason I called it 'Curtain Call', because this could be the final thing. I don't know.'Copyright 2005 BANG Media International

I wanted to add that I've read a lot of different things on the internet about Kim, where she's been made out to be ignorant. However, from the quotes that she's made, she seems like a very intelligent person who just wants to keep her family life private. It's their LIFE and she's right, it shouldn't be used to entertain the masses. I feel for her and everything she's gone through. The public spotlight doesn't seem like a very forgiving, or fun place to be. The money is fabulous, but I don't know if it's worth all that goes with it.

I think that it's really no one's business what goes on with the Mathers' family. As long as they are all happy and healthy, good for them.
