Paris Hilton is reportedly set to launch a pop career.
The sexy socialite is said to be in talks with British music mogul Pete Waterman about moving into the music industry.
A source is quoted in Britain's News of the World newspaper as saying: 'Paris has approached Pete and they are discussing things. 'She knows what a genius he is and is desperate for him to get her project off the ground.' Last month, it was revealed the hotel heiress and Nicole Richie are set to star in a fourth series of 'The Simple Life'. The reality TV show was axed from the US Fox TV network last month - but has reportedly been picked up by E! Entertainment Television. The girls will be seen playing housewives in the new season, which is tentatively titled 'Till Death Do Us Part'. It's thought the 24-year-old stars will appear on the show separately - because the pair have been locked in a bitter feud for months. The former best friends mysteriously fell out in January, with blonde Hilton later declaring: 'It's no big secret that Nicole and I are no longer friends. I will not go into the details of what happened. All I will say is that Nicole knows what she did and that's all I am ever going to say about it.'Copyright 2005 BANG Media International

I CAN NOT wait until Paris's Cd Comes out. 'screwed' is great and i love it. No matter if her cd is good or bad (not that it wood be bad) its gonna sell alot.

I luv Paris. I think that she is beautiful, out-going, and not what everyone thinks she is. I think that she is a smart woman with many great ideas. She is definitely a role model 4 me and inspiring to my teenage life. I think that she would do well as a pop star!
