Britney and Kevin's short holiday to New York

Britney Spears and husband Kevin Federline have taken a short holiday to New York - to reportedly try and patch up their struggling marriage.
The couple, who have a baby son, Sean Preston, together, have been enjoying the sites of the Big Apple in a bid to get their failing relationship back on track, and have been spotted looking 'very lovey-dovey'.
Last week, the pair went to watch new Broadway 'Sweet Charity, starring Christina Applegate, before heading off to do some Christmas shopping. On Friday (18.11.05), Britney and Kevin were joined by Kevin's brother for a night out at the Marquee club where the trio were spotted downing drinks. One onlooker told America's New York Post newspaper: 'They seemed very lovey-dovey.' The next day Britney was seen getting a lavish manicure, complete with inch-long fake fingernails, to recover from her night of partying. Earlier this month, Britney and Kevin were at the centre of a break-up riddle. The new mum reportedly demanded a trial separation and was said to have kicked her husband out of their Malibu home after a blazing row over his constant partying, according to US reports. However, the pop beauty's spokeswoman, Lesley Sloane Zelnick, quashed the rumours, insisting the couple's marriage was fine.Copyright 2005 BANG Media International
