Blood vows for Marilyn and Dita

Marilyn Manson and fiancée Dita Von Tesse will reportedly opt out of exchanging vows at their upcoming nuptials - because they want to swap blood instead.
The Gothic lovers have allegedly decided they want to state their unity with something stronger than wedding rings - so they have found a priest willing to cut their fingers so they can lick each others blood during the ceremony.
A source is quoted in Britain's Daily Star newspaper as saying: 'Marilyn and Dita wanted something more meaningful and romantic, to capture their coming together in front of their loved ones. 'They felt that exchanging their life blood was a beautiful way of cementing their love, rather than slipping on a ring and giving each other a quick snog.' Earlier this year it was revealed the wild rocker is set to launch a fragrance line. He revealed his plans to Woman's Wear Daily at the John Galliano fashion show in Paris recently. The singer said he is currently in 'the final stages with one of the major companies' and hopes to launch the line early next year.Copyright 2005 BANG Media International
