Boy George reportedly left homeless

Boy George has reportedly been left homeless after tenants refused to vacate his London home.
The troubled star - who left New York last minute to escape the media attention surrounding his arrest on drug charges - is distraught he can't move into his plush Hampstead home.
The gender-bending singer has been forced to stay in a central London hotel. A friend revealed to Britain's Independent newspaper: 'When he moved to New York, he arranged a lease with an American bank for the gothic pile in Hampstead. 'And the banker who lives there is certainly not moving out just because Boy George has decided he wants his home back.' A source close to the star added: 'It is the only place he feels at home. He is devastated.' The gay icon arrived back in Britain after being charged with drugs offences in the US earlier this month. The singer was held for 20 hours and quizzed by New York police after cocaine was allegedly found in his Manhattan flat. When he arrived at Heathrow airport the former Culture Club frontman refused to comment on the allegations. He told reporters: 'Don't ask me any questions because you are not going to get any answers at all.'Officers are said to have uncovered the stash of narcotics after the star - real name George O'Dowd - reported a burglary.
Police searched the 44-year-old's swanky apartment and allegedly uncovered the haul.
