Gwyneth Paltrow high-tech when it comes to daughter
Oct 20, 2005, 14:06 GMT
Gwyneth Paltrow reportedly carries high-tech monitoring equipment wherever she goes - so she can keep an eye on her baby daughter at all times.
The Oscar-winning beauty totes around a backpack equipped with a satellite phone and Internet CCTV capability via which she can keep an eye on little Apple from anywhere, according to a report in Britain's Daily Mail newspaper.
Gwyneth hit the headlines earlier this week after launching a blistering attack on Britain. The US-born beauty - who lives in London with her husband, Coldplay star Chris Martin - unleashed a string of pet hates about London life in an interview with America's Marie Claire magazine. She admitted she has grown to like Britain but said she found it 'cold and depressing' for years. She added: 'My husband thinks I'm way too obsessed with cleanliness and germs. I'm just like, 'The street is filthy, could we take off our shoes before we come into the house?' He used to imitate me and say 'Ewww, oh my God!' Gwyneth also slated British customer - saying it drives her 'nuts'. She ranted: 'Also the customer service is just rubbish in England. People are much more relaxed there, and things take forever to get done. They'll tell you it'll take two weeks for your internet service to be fixed! It drives me nuts.'Copyright 2005 BANG Media International
