Kate Moss' mother visits her in rehab

Kate Moss' mother has jetted to America to see her daughter in drug rehab, after she called for help.
Mum Linda flew to the Arizona clinic on Saturday (15.10.05) after a telephone call from the disgraced supermodel, who checked into the treatment centre after she was caught on camera snorting cocaine.
A friend told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper the star has been supported by her mum throughout the scandal. The source said: 'Linda spoke to Kate every day while she was in New York when the story broke and spoke to her in Arizona as well. 'Kate does not really know who her friends are, but she knows she can rely on her mother. When Kate asked her to go out to Arizona, Linda did not hesitate - she booked a flight straight away.' The 31-year-old catwalk queen now wants Linda to participate in family therapy sessions at the clinic, according to a report in Britain's The Sun newspaper. Earlier this week it was claimed Kate has banned on/off lover Pete Doherty from visiting her. She allegedly told the clinic she only wants to see the people closest to her while she is treated for drug abuse. The star has allowed Jefferson Hack, the father of her daughter Lila, to visit her - but Doherty was been told to ditch his plans to go to the rehab centre.Copyright 2005 BANG Media International
